I problem that I have with this episode:
Ray's car was blown up by a bullet in Episode 14 (The Man Who Knew Too Little), yet in this episode (The Blue Line) they take refuge behind Ray's same model replacement car in a gun battle and they had no thought that it would explode. Where were the people in charge of continuity?

Ray had a whole garage full of '71 Buick Rivieras to replace the ones that he blows up, jumps, drives into the water, etc.
