Didn't Many Patinkin sing O Danny Boy on a Chicago Hope episode? I've been searching YouTube, IMDB and Google, but can't find it. I swear I thought I remembered this?

Probably, he sang "Always" in one of the best episodes of Dead Like Me, a season two episode by the same name.

I think it was the first season, might have been an episode at the hospital where his wife was committed. Sad story but loved episodes with Patinkin and his wife

I can't say whether he sang "O Danny Boy," but he definitely sang a bit of the old song "Skidamarink" one time.
