Best Scene Ever!
The train scene is definately the best scene in all of the Wallace & Gromit films. picking up the spair track and everything. It is excellent. They can never top that in my opinion.

shareI agree, it is the best scene in any Wallace and Gromit film.
shareI think it's one of the best chase scenes ever, maybe THE best!
Gromit is fantastic, as always.
I love the part where Feathers Mcgraw has just made Wallace get out of bed and Gromit is hiding in the bed and then the machine by the bed goes on and Gromit falls into the dining room and ends up wearing one of Wallace's jumpers, and then jam comes flying out and the toaster makes a noise but there's no toast in the toaster so the jam goes on Gromit's face and he looks slightly annoyed :P
I was dreaming I was awake, then when I woke up I found myself asleep!
Stan Laurel
It doesn't matter how many times you watch this film it makes you laugh every single time.
I can remember watching it for the first time back in '93 and my parents laughing as hard as I did. Sadly my father dies 9 years ago but I think of him every time I watch the chase sequence, and I now have two kids who love W&G as much as my dad did.
That chase has everything, suspense, tension, speed, near misses, the oft-mentioned 'spare track' sequence and the unrivalled sound effect of a penguin sliding feet-first into a milk bottle, a point at which my wife always collapses into helpless laughter.
Nick Park may not have split the atom, but he is a true genius in my book for having brough tot life two of the most recognisable and likeable characters ever to grace the TV & cinema screens of the world!
That is one of my favorite scenes from anything ever.
shareSheer brilliance and a laugh-riot as well.
shareAgreed, although a scene from "A Grand Day Out", just couple of seconds long, is right up there for me.....Gromit and the reversing power drill knocks me out every time. I've had the entire collection for years, and drag them out at least every couple of months - they never fail to put a huge grin on my face.
shareIt's one of the very best. Brilliant stuff.
share31 years old and the creativity of it still amazes me. Superb.
