Does anyone think they'll remake this if "When a stranger calls 2006" is a hit??????

At Upcominghorrormovies.com they say they will. It's called "when a stranger returns"

I'm actually pretty mad they are remaking this movie. I think that Hollywood needs to get some new material and quit ruining classic TV shows and movies. I don't think I really want to see this version...the original was good enough for me!

The thing is, as much as a remake, I think it's a different type of story. Plus, (thoughtful spoilior)I think the children survive in this one, if not then fooey to me, as it is PG-13!

remake? *beep* THEY ARE PROLLY MAKING ONE AS WE ALL SPEAK...lol comm'on now this is hollywood..LOl they just want the money...but if they make the previews look scary obviously ppl are goig to watch them am i right?

I take it we all saw the remake of "When a stranger calls".

I hope they now just let these films alone. They made a right arse of this film nevermind a remake of the sequel.

What did the rest of ye think of it?

actually, i read that the remake is now considered a sequel. when a stranger returns will supposedly feature the survivor from the first one and the survivor from the "remake" teaming up against a stranger. totally ignoring when a stranger calls back. i am not sure what they are talking about, since they were the same character.

I wonder how that is going to be, I wonder if it can even be called a remake since it is a second film of the new When a stranger calls, I guess it depends if it follows any of the ideas from When a stranger calls back.
