Could someone who has seen this movie please tell me all of the content that may be considered "iffy" to me? I've seen the first one and I really want to see this one, but I don't know how different it is or how much more graphic it is. It'd be great if you could answer these questions:

~Are there any sex scenes in it and/or nudity? If so, how much nudity and for how long is it shown?
~How much violence? Is it graphic (aka... is there any blood and how much?)
~How much language?

There are some topless waitresses in it briefly. They're very butch looking and I suspect they may be trannies, but this isn't addressed in the film.
There's not much violence, a couple of shootings and a reasonably bloody aftermath of a shooting, although with the body removed from the scene.
I don't think there was any bad language.
This was a made for tv film so there's nothing too extreme in it.
