Just read that she passed in her sleep Sunday at home in Texas. She was 69.
I read some info. She really did struggle with her weight and did try to lose pounds, at one point in the last decade losing 244. This was even years after some surgery for weight loss. I also read that two people she knew died from complications after similar surgery.
May she rest peacefully.

On the TLC show 'My 600 lb Life' I think they do say the success rate is small after they've had the weight-loss surgery. Many of them gain a lot of the weight back.
I just saw this on TV last week and looked her up and found this out. I was kind of surprised she lived this long. Based on her weight I had kind of expected her to pass away long before 2017. I read her bio, it said she lost some weight and got down to 300 but gained it back and much more. It never mentioned her weight again so I'm assuming she stayed this size for the remainder of her life. I was kind of rooting for her to have licked the weight issue and to have lived the rest of her life at a much healthier weight.
