Well IMDb's credits for Wayne's World 2 and Kyle Gass say otherwise. The film is nowhere on Kyle's page and on the film's cast page there is an uncredited person as "security guard" that could be the guy you mean but it ain't The Holy Gass.

.....because it's Chris Farley
It's Googy Gress as seen in the credits as "Gate Security Guy". He's the guy toward the beginning that stops Wayne and Garth at the concert when they get left behind. You're thinking of when it happens toward the end of the film with Chris Farley intercepting Christopher Walken.
