Is Garth's hair different in this one?
I'm not sure if it's just that the wig is hard to duplicate a year later, or if they figured he might have changed the style a bit. The wig almost looks like something you'd buy at Wal Mart that they'd sell as a Garth costume or something. I dunno, maybe it was a subtle joke about the Suck Cut permanently frizzing his hair!
