Devil May Cry

I've just noticed incredible similarities between this film and the PS2 game Devil May Cry. In fact, the two have so much in common that I have come to the conclusion that Capcom originally wanted to make an Urotsukidoji game.

Heroes- Amano Jyaku. A half man half beast warrior who fights demons. Dante, a half demon mercenary who fights demons. Both have an attitude and transform into super creatures when sufficiently angered.

Main villains- Nagumo and Mundus are both huge winged demons with a third eye that shoots red beams AND both of them end up having the hero fly at them and rip into their heads.

Side characters- Megumi and Trish are both tough yet vuluptuos women with a lot of cleavage with some blood relation to the main hero.

Suikakuju and Angelo are both horned yet elegant warrior demons serving as recurring obstacles for the hero.

Captain, although your abilities intrigue me, you are quite honestly inferior- Khan Singh

all anime is about demons and crap, all japanese animation is the same

As opposed to western ones showing super powered manic depressives unable to get over the death of their loved ones so they go out fighting crime in spandex suits.

Your scope of knowledge about anime is severely limited. Anime is divided into genres that aren't all ero-guro (the genre that your "demons and crap" mainly fall into). Let's start the list of anime that do not include "demons and crap:" Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Patlabor, 8-Man After, Wings of Honeamise (sp), Cowboy Beebop, Fooley-Cooley, I can do this all day but won't because hopefully you are beginning to see that anime is an umbrella term for japanese animated features that is made up of many different type of material. Look it up on Wikipedia, and don't embarrass your mother by making sweeping generalizations on public message boards. Educate yourself, fool.

you really dont have anything constructive to say on these boards do you?

Is this directed towards me? If so, I consider my response to be constructive enough, given the short sightedness of the comment to which I was responding. I have a very low tolerance for ignorance, especially when it is made public for others to read. Due to this "shortness of character", I refuse to sugarcoat my responses so as to not hurt someone elses feelings. (read Plato's Apology for more on this stylistic choice). Sorry if I have pissed all over anyones feelings. I apologize to bambusta, and his mother, but not really.

I find it cute, your lack of empathy. I suppose your short fuse is ment to convey respect, or is it to show that you won't take crap from anybody no matter how pointless the argument is. I especially how you appoligize so dignified, but then quickly changed it to a cheap insult. I look forward to your response to this.
