What does everyone mean by "fog" or "fogging"? I've seen this film a few times but I've never seen any fog or fogging effects during its play. Do I have some kind of uncensored version? If you tell me what scenes they're in I'll know.

In the perfect collection during the very graphic closeups of genitals, the image looks like a fog has been cast over it to obscure the image. If you got yours from the uk, the closeup scenes are completly removed along with a ton of other stuff so there is nothing to fog. The UK version is cut so bad its insulting.
