I think this is quite a good matchup considering both were roughly quadropedal creatures who relied on physical attacks rather than psionic or magical weaponry.
My bet goes to Kohoki. First of all he can fly, secondly he's a lot faster than Nikki, fast enough to catch up with Amano in flight. Thirdly, he just seems to have more effective weapons, his four claws and razor wings.

Hard to say really because we didn't see too much of what Niki could do in his ultimate form. He was said to have the potential to destroy the Chojin/Destroyer so perhaps his might is greater than Kohoki's. However, like you say, Kohoki is a fierce creature with vicious force and speed.
I'll still say Niki because he has the power of the Chojin/Destroyer within him.
Don't dis Kohoki. He was the coolest. The only Majin who could temporarily drain the magic energies of his enemies in order to weaken them enough for a brutal attack. Megumi is no weakling, and for him to be able to just attack her and rape her like that shows that he is stronger than he looks. Munni Hausen seems to find him adequate, as did his father. I mean it took Takeaki to fight him off and Kohoki still survived to fight later. He also fought Megumi 100+ years ago and by the way it sounds, it wasn't a minor inconvienience. He may be no Suikakujyu, but he was a nasty one. But I must agree, Niki had a portion of the Overfiend's powers in him, so he would definitely win in a battle against Kohoki. After all, Kohoki did eventually wind up dying from injuries he sustained from Takeaki, and Takeaki had half of the Overfiend's powers in him, so there.

shareWhether Nikki is a Ky-o or not, I think you're overrating him just a little bit. He was nothing but a niusance, not a major threat. Heck, even Amano and Ma-O caused more damage to him.
