i havent seen this film yet, but i finally found a website that has the 108 min version. Does anyone know the running time of the fully uncut version, because imdb just has 108min listed. The reason i ask this is because there are so many butchered versions of the film out there and i just wanted to know what the different running times are (if the uncut is even available in the US). any help would be appreciated.
shareI think the three ova's run at 148 minutes, but I do know you are missing quite a lot if you get that version. You miss most of the actual porn (including penetration), but the cuts are so extensive that the story suffers and makes it incoherent. The Niki subplot was entirely dumbed down in the 108 minute version. The only problem I have with the uncut version is that some of the sex scenes slow down the chaotic pacing of the movie. Maybe you should check out the censored one first, and if you like it, pick up Perfect Collection which has 1 and 2, uncut.

Whereabouts can i find the full uncut version, cos i only saw about half of the 108 min version about 5 years ago, and i'm desperate to find a copy that isn't cut heavily or even cut at all. I keep finding the special edition, but those are cut versions. Is it possible to buy it, or is it only downloadable uncut?
shareIt's possible to find it uncut on Limewire. A friend of mine got it like that. But that isn't 100% reliable. If you go to some mall in Chinatown, or a video store of some kind, I bet you could find a copy of the uncut version. That's how I got mine.
shareI watched the uncut version a long time ago, when I was in El Paso, TX....they have bootleg everything out there. Anyways, the uncut version is so freakin long man, you'll probably fall asleep or get bored with it half way through.
I had to watch this thing about 3 times before I actually finished it, because it just kept knocking me out, it was so long. Other than that, it's an awesome anime flick, albeit, a little over the top with the hentai.
