I know that it probably does, but from what I've read in a few places, I have reason to doubt it. I have this version on my Netflix queue, and I don't want to be completly oblivious to what's being said.

I used to own a VHS copy of this that had English dubbing, so I know that they were in circulation previously. Then I got my hands on a copy that had English captions, which showed a bit more than the VHS copy did, even though the VHS was NC-17.

Yeah I read the DVD version has both subs & dubs.Keep in mind the NC-17 version is actually the cut version and the uncut version is considered porn, runs about 150min and only has subs
