its about this family who turn into dragons, saw it once on cable tv late one night. thats all i remember oh and i think there was a bit with this kid in school and a monster demon thing pops up and started ripping kids apart(but not sure if that was the dragon show or 3x3 eyes)

Better late than never, It's Legend of the 4 kings, and yes 3X3 eyes is the one with the girl being torn to shreds by a monster at school,
sharenice one thx, theres another i dont know its the future a dome city outside is supposed to be uninhabitable and this boy hears voices some one called eve,he goes looking for her and finds this coffin type thing wired up to the city i think, he rescues her and gets chased gets outside the city dome and everything is ok theres no radiation or sickness the earth is fixed, i watched it on cable round same time back when jetex was a different channel and was all manga and great movies from asia

Possibly "Ergo Proxy?" It has the dome, uninhabitable outside, chased outside dome, radiation is gone, people living there, yada yada, but Eve? Girl in a Coffin? Lost me on that one. There's also "Neon Genesis Evangelion" about a boy who pilots a robot called "EVE" in battle against "Angels" that are attacking the planet, which a bit of a stretch but I can't actually think of another animé with an "eve" character. Possibly you're thinking of two shows, possibly its something else entirely. Either way, both sound similar to what you describe.
shareyea may be getting 2 mixed up i think she was put into suspended animation 100s of years before and her mind got into all the computers something on them lines, i think that is how she got into the boys mind, i remember the end vaguely they show the outside of te dome dead with pipes wires ect running into dome then the camera moves and shows lush green all wonderful ect, dont think its ergo or the other one, it was eiher a movie or a cpl of epps made into a movie

again it may be late but irarely check the mb i've already posted on, I know that in Megazone 23 a woman called eve is found in a coffin type thing, but i can't remember if its in a domed city been ages since i watched it myself
