Need help identifying a song.

There was a song played in the movie that reverbed off my "Oldies" bones. It was kind of a do-wap song, and I believe it was played just before the hockey game. I believe some of the lyrics were, "Try me one more time...." Can anyone help with this. I want the CD.

I think it's "Try Me" by Los Lobos (written by James Brown).

I just looked for the soundtrack on amazon.com - it seems only instrumental music features on the CD. But a reviewer helpfully lists all the other songs in the film if you wanna have a look at the names of the other songs.
