does anyone have an idea as to where I could get a soundtrack for this film? I looked it up on Amazon and I couldn't find anything

Yes, on Amazon. I searched for it and found it rather quickly. Try performing a search under the composers name: Zbigniew Preisner, or perhaps try spelling the film's name in the French: Bleu.
