In a scene in "Blue", Julie is walking past a bridge in the background that looks very similiar to the transforming bridge in the Paris-sequence of Inception. Is it the same one?

That bridge is pretty famous. It is in a ton of movies. It is also in Zazie Dans Le metro, Last Tango in Paris, Aplhaville and a whole bunch more.
