Filmed in 1989 / 1990 and released in 1993, cause in 1993 he was 19 and waaaaaay to old to look like he did, Leo was clearly a teenager when he filmed this movie in 1989 / 90

He was born in 1974, that would make him about 18-19 in this film.

It mentions in the trivia section that Leo grew a couple of inches while filming...I don't think many 19yr olds are still growing,height wise. This had to be filmed at least 4yrs before it was released.

Wasn't he about 17 when this was filmed? Movies tend to get filmed about the year before ;sometimes more), and remember, his birthday is in November. He was definitely a late-bloomer, always looking younger than his age.

Don't know why people are talking like the filming dates are some secret info we cant access.
Filming dates: 23 February 1992 - 27 May 1992.

I was thinking the same thing!

It doesn't take a research genius to find out that he was 17 when this was filmed.
