All this trouble and manipulation to end up being the secretary to the CEO?

I think she would of kept trying to "move up" if the story would have continued on. Just an idea.....however I heard that Faye Dunaway was suppose the killer in the final script until the ending was altered.

She had already been promoted out of the secretary position. I think she wanted to be the CEO.
