Sometimes Mike Myers trying too hard

Wildthing226, examples? REALLY?? There's probably like 80 of them. Don't get me wrong, I love this movie. It's one of my all time fav's. But come on, he does his dumb over the top humor a few too many times here. This movie was supposed to go to like 5 other actors. Like top shelf actors. (At the time) And they all turned it down. Some cuz they were committed to other projects. So then they bring in Mike Meyers, cuz of his SNL and Wayne's world fame. And OF COURSE, he's gotta insert his stupid brand of kitschy one liner humor. He basically played himself. And I heard he fought to have that crap put in. Cuz he thought of himself as a comedic genius. He is one of the top 5 most difficult actors to work with. Look it up. And that was the beginning of it, and why he doesn't get much work now. Couldn't he have just played it the way it was written? No, he added like 100's of his stupid lines. Still love the movie. But yea, he gets annoying one too many times in it. I bet you're a die hard mike Meyers fan. Bet ya love the Austin powers movies too, huh? They're entertaining I guess. But dude, that's easy comedy. So you must have an "easy" brain. So I'm not surprised you're defending him. And yea, I deduced all this from your one word....."Examples?" That said all I needed to know, to know you're dumb. Lol. But I'm sure you'll spout off a bunch of lies now to try and make everything I said look to the contrary. ;-)
