at the end when Beckett was being held captive by Jeffrey Dahmer, when he whispered to Miller "1 shot, 2 kills." Did he mean that he wanted the bullet to go through Dahmer, and through himself as well? I never really got understood that; like he wanted to die or something? (not literally Dahmer)

Yep, that's what i thought too. something along the lines that snipers are tortured before a brutal death, so Beckett wanted Miller to end it quickly.
