Can't give you a categorical response but it is a fairly regular occurrence, with movies being "nipped and tucked by studios/distributors before they are released in specific countries and/or regions. Apparently at the outset the trailers varied considerably for example, with the US ones highlighting the action aspects of the film.🐭
