Wow, your intellectual level is really off the scale miked272001. "Boring chick flick". How original. Let me tell you something..I'm not a girl. I'm a man nearly 50 years old and this movie is one of my favourites. Tom Hanks is also one of my favourites. You dont get off easily for making a statement like that. Instead of "cashing out" after half an hour,try concentrating and watch the whole movie before letting rip with you inane comments. "Chick flicks" as you put them, are largely entertaining movies that make you feel good when you leave the theatre. In this age of ever increasing special effects I look forward to a good "Chick flick" to bring me back down to earth. You should try it as you sound like a space cadet.

Anyone who dismisses this modern classic with that simple phrase clearly has a lot of growing up to do.

annie's driving makes it an existential thriller. no one's around & she's still in the fast lane. whom is she passing?

Different strokes for different folks, I guess. It drew me in from the start and I loved every minute of it, including the music throughout.

It started out interestingly but its a chick flick. I started to lose interest.
