The asking price is 2.5 million.

I was recently in Seattle and saw the actual house during one of those Ride the Ducks tours. It looks exactly the same! Our tour guide said it either goes for or was sold for about $2 million. It's one of the largest house boats there.

It was just sold for $2 million back in September. No doubt part of the selling price was due to the notoriety from the movie!
