Who is Robert Patorelli? i was looking up the cast on Sister Act and i noticed his name and tha he died. can anyone help me?

In the movie, he's manager of Deloris.
He tries to stop sisters entering Deloris' room in the beginning(after Deloris' performance)
One of his line "God is good, but can he get you your own dressing room?"
You may also recognize him as "Eldon", the housepainter who just can't seem to finish painting a townhouse owned by "Murphy Brown."
