In the scene when they were in the competition, all of the students were told to take off their robes, but when they came out on stage, none of them were wearing the same clothes as they did when they got there. Rita, for instance, was wearing a white button down shirt and then when she took her robe off, she suddenly was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans. I mean, how did they all manage to change their clothes without bringing other clothes with them?

also, how did she get her robe off and get right back on stage that fast?

and how did the piano player manage to get HIS robe off when he was playing the piano the whole time?

to me what doesnt make sense is if they decided to change it at the last minute and no one knew what was going on then how did they get the music and the lights to the new act? and how did they guys who do the rap know when and what to say? and how did they all get the choreography down perfectly? i know its just a movie but i think its pretty silly.

They had rehearsed the song the way they performed it, as is evidenced by the scene earlier in the movie where Rita is practicing in her room. The only thing they changed was wearing their robes.

there was nothing magical about this movie. The first one wasn't bad, but this one was awful. Whoopi Goldberg.. a nun again because..?

haha! i noticed the piano guy had changed so i watched it really carefully and you do actually see him take his robe off :D

i think they were gonna do all the rapping and choreography anyway... they were rehearsing ddifferent stuff in the montage... i dunno... screw it... movie magic lol
