A couple of things I just always wondered about.

So my brother and I watched this movie yesterday. And I know it's just a movie, I like this movie a lot, but there's a couple of things I always wondered, maybe just even for conversational purposes. They don't actually matter lol.

When Rita's mom is upset that Rita joined a choir and makes her drop out to focus more on her grades, wouldn't she have been more upset when Rita failed a class? That'll ruin her grade point average right there. I also used to be bothered by the fact that Rita wasn't allowed to sing, but she knew how to play the piano. I stopped "caring" about that when I realized that since her father used to be a singer, and we don't know when her dad died, that she probably grew up with music. He probably taught her to play and sing.

And the competition performance. In real life, I don't think they could have won over these other choirs. They restart not once, but twice. They are not in any time of costume or uniform. They did look good, though. Especially that piano player. (Marcos?)
