Absolutely, there is a lack of good clean family movies like these today. Another in this series would be welcome as all the adult actors, for the most part, are still around and vibrant. Perhaps the setting could be some sort of European abbey Nun exchange trip or something. Just a thought. Not sure what the story would be, but they definitely need to get Marc Shaiman back to write the music!

can i answer this question? anyway not really. Plus I heard they've been talking about making Sister Act 3 for a while. and 2. It's not too late to make this one at all. Because if it was do you remember santa clause 2? well here's the thing today hollywood doesn't really care if it's too late to make the 2nd or 3rd movie of anything. because there are ways that they can make the story sound interesting by waiting that long to make it. Just that they have to come up with tones of ideas. for example the movie of santa clause was made 13 years ago. if hollywood today really cared of whether or not it was too late to make the second one then that sequal wouldn't have exist today.
My point is if they thought it wasn't too late for the santa clause 2 or santa clause 3 to be released even though the first one came out in 1995, then definetly they would not care if Sister Act 3 was released now.
It's not about money it's just about how entertained people are by the first 2 movies. like the percent of people were entertained vs. the percent that weren't. u know what i meen right?

I don't know that there's going to be a Sister Act 3. It says in the trivia for Sister Act 2 that Whoopi Goldberg was unhappy during the first movie, and Disney had to "bribe" her to get her to do the sequel.

who are to famous for this movie? just whoopi?? its still a movie at the end of the day. the actress mary wickes who plays sister mary lazarus died in 95, but dont know who else did. maybe alma as she was like 90 back then.
