Was him and Rita interrested in eachother or was he interrested in that light skined girl that sat next to him on the Church bus?

I always thought he had a thing for Rita, maybe the one on the bus just sat next to him because it was a seat...

Did you see the way he was checking out Rita in the scene when they were rapping in the school yard? Ge was trying to be more than just a friend lol
