Jack's Nightmare

Have you noticed that in the nightmare, Mona has her left arm down, as if she had a prostthetic one? I mean you normally don't have your arm in that way, especially when you are so excited torturing Jack in that way.

I would like to add something. I tough Mona really loved him, and before watching the film, I saw photos of the movie and read something about it, the thing is that I tought the whole movie occured in Mona's hideout with Jack handcuffed The whole film hearing Mona's attrocities while both faling in love or so and that the nightmare was Mona in hell still living happy and pissing without an arm.
I thought the whole film was less dramatic and that Demarkov was honest to Jack.
