How did Don Falcone wind up in the car?
I can live with the troubled endings and improbabilities. I think her escape from the car scene is great. But help me out here. How did Falcone wind up in the trunk of her car?

sharenever revealed...i think its just assumed that he was there for a long while...and it shows how deadly she is...i mean gettin past all those guards.
YOU SAID WEDNESDAY!!!
That made it cool.
Remember,
Jack Grimaldi was telling the story the whole time and he probably never knew either. (all the scenes involved him in it)
Plus, he was surprised and so were we.
But, I understand your point. It would be pretty cool to see Mona & Jack in a "deleted diner scene" with Mana describing the whole infiltration to Jack over drinks.
"Take One"
I think in the scene where (SPOILER) Jack (Oldman) mistakenly kills Juliette Lewis' character, thinking it's Mona - right before that when Mona shows up at the building, it looks like she's meeting with Sal (Wincott). Earlier in the movie, Sal makes it clear that if Jack messes up, Sal is going down too. It looks like Sal hooks up with Mona to alleviate the possibility of having Falcone take him out. So I think Sal probably is somehow responsible for getting Falcone (Scheider) into that trunk. It's pretty much the way Mona operates throughout the whole movie - use whomever she has to, to finish whatever job needs to be done.
shareWe don't need to know. By that point in the film we're supposed to accept that she's a crafty one and good at manipulating people. It was Falcone's men who captured Jack for her, so one assumes she paid everyone off and bought the loyalty of his bodyguards.
"Do you realise that Otto spelled backwards is Otto?"
