Feels like an early Micky Rourke film

Having just watched this today I have to say it was good viewing and I really want to watch it again the acting in it as others have said is great but I also thought even though Oldman was great in this it feels like the type of movie Micky Rourke would have starred in but didn't for whatever reason.

Anyone else agree?

He would've been great in this, in his younger days.

Well, when this was made, he wasn't too old, yet. He still looked like himself and so on. He had just done a picture called, "White Sands" the year before, with Willem Dafoe (man, NOBODY but me remembers that movie, I bet), and he was still cool and young looking.

He actually would have been great for this. But, Oldman, a VERY similar actor in many ways, was great,too.

And Lena Olin? OH MY GOD....
