Question about karaoke scene

I was wondering if anyone knew from which movie the clip playing during the karaoke scene is from. It starts with what looks like an anthill in the desert and then shows some people leading a girl on horseback into a little village. A dog comes trotting out of a door holding a severed human hand in its mouth.

Can anyone help?

It looked like it was a music video made for karaoke bars, music videos are made for karaoke bars with the lyrics at the bottom of the screen. I doubt it was from a real movie. If I recall correctly, the actors in that video were all Japanese.
