Crichton did a fine job with the novel and the film has done a fine job on the big screen...
Although I would pick the novel over the film anyday...

Yeah i like this film, it got my attention until the end so yes they have done well.
shareI enjoyed it. Even though I recognise it has many flaws as a film, the script was engaging, the interplay between Snipes and Connery was good, and the idea of a shadowy conspiracy that was reinforced throughout the film kept me intrigued. I've watched it quite a few times now and I still like it a lot (haven't read the book though).
