Very beginning of the movie: the clip of the western movie?

I was just wondering if anyone knew what western movie they showed a clip of at the beginning of the movie? It has the dog running out of a building or something with a human hand in its mouth. If anyone could help that would be great

It wasn't a real movie, and it wasn't meant to be mistaken for a real movie; it was a karaoke video.

It is also a movie joke. In YOJIMBO (1961), as Mifune's character enters
a village, the identical scene is shown, and was used again in a Sergio Leone spaghetti western.

It was a movie made for the sake (no pun intended) of Eddie Sakamura's Ego.
