Why in the hell wasnt Torch in this one? Torch is awesome! and he could have done some damage.
shareNobody knows. He's apparently an expensive puppet to use while filming, so maybe the crew could only use him for one movie. Or parts 4 and 5 were supposed to be one big movie, rather than two, and he just didn't show up until later.
Storywise, Torch is just running around the hotel somewhere.
when was tunneler rebuilt? i know he wasn't ottally destroyyed so basically all the puppets had to do was put the puppet clothes back on him so i am assuming the puppets did it.

That, or maybe Toulon stole him back sometime during the second film? Or this is just another reason to have a prequel set after 2 and before 4.
Tunneler was brought back to life with the fluid, but still weak, since he's been dead longer than the others.

Tunnler and Leech were saved at the end of part 2, so it would be good to see all this.
