Meh

This movie could have been so much better!!

I put it down to the fact that John Badham should leave directing alone, he has made some mediocre pieces (Nick Of Time, Bird On A Wire, Short Circuit and many more spring to mind) except Stakeout which was good for some unknown reason maybe it was Madeline Stowe...

Anyways the acting was a little off even though Bridget Fonda has an endless amount of sex appeal, she clearly got out acted by Gabriel Byrne which sort of detracts from the story also the cheesy and stupid moments were just that they weren't so bad that it was good which is what I usually discover with things like that but no it didn't work for me.

Even the Harvey Keitel cameo could of been made a lot cooler which Tarantino subsequently did the following year with Pulp Fiction.

Anyways I just wish maybe someone else directed it and tweaked on the script just a little more... I reckon they should try remaking this because it has potential it just needs to be taken seriously.
