Where can you get this on Blu ray / Region 2 DVD?

Hello all, I can't find this available anywhere in the UK, I preferably want it on Blu ray (Region 2) - Any ideas?

Thank you SO much, I can't believe I couldn't find it, but then I've been searching using the new name PONR, but I always knew it as the Assassin (which is a better name in my opinion)
