for all this long years, i always thought that maggie will leave both jp and bob behind, which is sad, and also why also one of the reason why i love this movie, feeling sad for her.
but when i watched it recently, i was thinking, did she returned to jp right after bob left?, which is generally a happy ending, at least for maggie and jp. i mean, when the agency know shes dead, they wont be looking for her right. i wonder what really happen to maggie in the end.
A sequel would have been interesting. I wonder what would happen if she were to surface and the public were to learn about the secret government agency that assassinates people. Also, what would be her legal status? She is legally dead but could the authorities rearrest and execute her or would that count as some form of double jeopardy? Would she be given a pardon?
I said on a different thread that her death sentence was not fair. I feel that had the policeman she shot NOT reached for his gun she would NOT have shot him. She was never a cold blooded killer she only killed when in danger and he would have shot her. He was an IDIOT who basically killed himself he should have just sat still and then she would not have killed him.
