I believe that she leaves JP and Venice beach for good because JP is the person who gives 'Uncle Bob' the disc of stolen nuclear secrets when Bob comes to the apartment looking for her. JP is obviously aware that Bob isn't in the 'travel business, as evidenced by JP's anger towards him when he hands him the disc and then tells Bob to leave immediately. She also left all her belongings behind as well. Hope my opinion has shed some light on the subject.

I agree with thedriver78. I believe Maggie leaves everything behind. JP, her life in Venice, "Claudia", "Nina", her life as an agent, everything. Since the original Maggie is dead, I assume she's going to use the skills learned during training to set up a new life somewhere else.

Nah I think she stayed with JP. The guy came, and she was hiding out a block away or whatnot. Bob came in and got the info, then 'drove away'. Then "nina" walked down that alley next to her house, which is what I assume to mean that she was going back into the house. She was gone just while 'Bob' was there. THats why she left her stuff.

I think after her shower, when she wakes JP, she tells him her whole story. (He finds out who "Nina" is.)

When Bob enters the house and talks to JP, he asks for the Nina Simone album. JP asks "You like Nina?" and Bob says "Yeah, I love her."

THEN, JP says "We'll miss her" with a cagey smile. Then Bob says, "Yeah, we'll miss her."

JP is not upset AT ALL about this woman he loves leaving, and the whole "We'll miss her" is in regard to NINA, so I think it's fairly clear that "Claudia" comes back and that was the plan all along, once JP gets rid of Bob.

Bob reports back to HQ that she is dead. HQ will believe Bob and they'll just remove her from their agent list. The IDs they created for her are real, but they will just let the normal public process handle her "death" and deletion of those documents in the system by normal channels. But since she isn't really dead, the documents will remain in the system, and Maggie can go on living as Claudia. Nobody from the "agency" will care/look for her because Bob said she is dead, case closed. She's free.

And really, where is she going to go at night beat up like that, taking nothing with her? How much money could she have on her? Where else is she going to go, who is going to support her until she can get a job? There are too many improbabilites to her just walking out and starting a new life. Also consider, in her new life as Claudia, JP and her home with him are the only stability, and the only love, she has ever had in her life. The guy is crazy about her, and she seems to love him. She's NOT walking away. If anything, they leave Venice and move elsewhere to start anew together.

I think she changed her name to Allison Jones and ended up in New York, met a guy named Sam and rented a room to a psycho chick named Heddy who she had to kill eventually. Not sure what she's doing after that.
