was coolio actually in this movie? im pretty sure it was his voice on the tapes (tupacs cousin) but was that him on the hospital stretcher too?
shareI never even payed attention to his name on the credits, but everytime i watch this movie, i try to figure out who's voice that is on the tapes. Lol.
If it was coolio, they probably got someone else to play the role, because i don't think that looked like him on the stretcher either.
i dont think his name was even on the credits, i just listen to enough rap that i recognized the voice right away, and also i think tupac in the movie says "i gotta go visit my cousin coolio in oakland"
shareHis cousin name was Kahlil, but that was Coolio on the tapes. He even says Coolio in one of the songs when Tupac is listening to the music in the garage, I don't know why they didn't just say Coolio instead of Kahlil its not like they ever showed him.
sharethe weird thing for me was, i was listening to lots of coolio songs all in 1 day (like 2 weeks ago) for some reason, im not even a huge fan of his or anything, and then poetic justice was on tv and i started watching it, and when he played the songs i was like "that voice sounds really familar.....wait...IT'S COOLIO!!" if i watched it on any other day out of the year i woulda never recognized who it was
