I saw on wikipedia that Angela Basset and Keanu Reeves play the homeless people in this movie, and have watched it several times and can't seem to spot them, can somone please tell me where they appear.

I watched it 3 times with commentary and I saw no Keanu Reeves or Angela Bassett. Maybe their parts were cut? The director commentary does not mention them either.
