I had a friend in high school that had a MUCH shorter version of Janet's, and it took 6 hours to do.
How long would Janet's take? A whole day?

I used to wear those braids (we all did) when I was younger, and it really depends on the person doing the braiding and how much hair you have. The shortest time I've ever seen someone do those braids is about 4 hours (yes, as long as Justice's braids).

I'm w/ other poster ~ if the one doing your hair doesn't waste time (talking, checking in w/ family, etc) then it could only be 4 hrs. First/2nd time I had that style (or any hardcore braid) done... took 8 hrs.
Due to 1st hairdresser did it while watching her 4 or 5 kids and having to take breaks to feed em, tell em to sit down, etc. 2nd hairdresser was family member whom spent most time stopping to tell family stories about her life (as if she couldn't have done so while still braiding my hair).

First of all they're not real hair, so I'm guessing about an hour to sew that weave in.
