Lousy Khamel
They could pick a better actor to represent Khamel. I red the book and I tell you thath the J.Grisham's Khamel was more sinister than the one from the movie. In the movie, he doesn't look like an assassin.

shareI agree, I thought Khamel looked more like an office worker than a cold blooded killer. I know you could argue that he looks that way on purpose as a cover, but I liked Khamel better the book way.
when i am king you will be first against the wall
when reading the book, i imagined him more like a skinny Luis Guzman.
but more middle eastern looking. Its tough to describe.
And how many assasins do you know?
A good assasin doesn't draw attention to him/herself. They blend in and look just like everybody else, just like Khamel did.
I just checked who played Khamel(haven't seen the film by the way) and he looks too nice! and not really agile to be honest...after reading the book I'd have thought someone like Jeremy Irons(can't think of a better example at the moment) would suit him better.
sharePeople in these lines of work have to be able to blend in. They should be of average height and build, have no distinguishing characteristics (such as facial piercings, tattoos on the neck or face, etc.), and, overall, be forgettable.
