Help with a scene...

I saw a movie long ago and it was like 2 AM and i missed the title, but it was very very funny, like pardoy one

we'll in the movie there was a scene where the cop talked to someone in a public phone, and the screen was cutted to half, with the cop on one side and the person he was talking to in the other

and then suddenly appears a guy in the background stealing things, and when he passes the line that divides the call, he sort of moves there.

i was asking myself if this movie was the one...

anyone could help me?

or tell me which movie has that scene?

It was "Silence of the Hams". Not a very good movie but it had its moments. (Few and far between but moments nonetheless)
