CAMEOS - List them All

When I first watched it I couldn't recognise not a one actor (I was like 10 or something) . But since then I cought myself several times on realising that there's a whole bunch of cameos and stuff. Can U list them all.
For an Obvious start you can mension (not in particular order)
1.The Bruce Willis as the man in the beach house (John McLaine:)
2.Charle Sheen as the vaulee
3.Denise Richards as one of the Red dressed singers

But I'm courious how many there are, for example i recognise the actor playing one of the FBI agents in the building shoot out, but I can't remeber his name. the guy at the office also seems familar. And the two policeman in the same building also looked kinda like they got a bigger part.

I side with the user who said Denise Richards doesn't count. Her career was just starting then. Cameos are when someone who is ALREADY famous makes an appearance in a movie.

(Lost a game of 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon because of this a few years ago. I thought William Shatner was a sure bet for longest association.)

cheezus, those arent cameos...dude or dudette, look up cameo on wikipedia.

and don't forget the appearance of Mr. Potatohead.

and Popeye the Sailor.

Are you kiddin'? Shatner didn't have only a cameo!

3.Denise Richards as one of the Red dressed singers

I would not call that a "cameo".
She was hardly famous back then, she was a sruggleing actress with a bit part. That's not a cameo.

And I can not believe no one has mentioned the great Phil Hartman.

Phil Hartman (R.I.P)... ala troy maclure and dr nick riveria

Yeah, Corey Feldman. He is the one that shoots 'accidently'.

Is this the movie I'm thinking of where the FBI Agent (Paul Gleason's cameo) is named Johnson after all the Agents in the Die Hard films?

reply

when they first meet Kathy Ireland's character, and she's "ugly", isn't that Frances McDormand?

She'd already done Blood Simple and Raising Arizona by this point, but not Fargo, which made her a household name. So' "cameo" is a stretch, but still, i hadn't seen her name on the list with the others.

It certainly isn't Frances McDormand. She looks/sounds nothing like the "before" Ireland character. I'm pretty sure it was Allyce Beasley from "Moonlighting", so add her to the cameo list.

Let us not forget hilarious stand-up comic Jake Johansen as the drug buyer who tells his cohort to "Use the Vista Card, we get frequent flyer miles."

And as "District Attorney #2," Bruce Mahler (Fackler from the "Police Academy" movies and Rabbi Glickman on "Seinfeld."

Not going to list them all, but these were my fav's.

Dennis Leary going out like a pu$$y is great, and F. Murray Abraham as Dr. Lecter is awesome. Props to the Mr. Potato Head cameo!

Don't forget Richard Moll.

I was just about to mention that. He was the Warden where Colt and Luger go to talk to the Lecter-type guy. And he tells them to stay to the left to avoid the reach of a particularly violent inmate, but he meant to say the right, and by the time he corrects himself, Colt's already being choked and Luger's struggling to free him.
