I *beep* love this part
Who are you?
I'm your worst nightmare!
No you're not, my worst nightmare is to wake up without my penis.
Ok, then... I'm your second worst nightmare.
I don't remember how old I was when I saw this movie, and I remembered that scene for years, only I was sure it was Charlie Sheen.
What can you tell us about General Mortars?
My car is a Buick.
Honey I know you're fighting the memories, but your mother died 6 months ago.
Did..I..forget to give you that message?
And "Hannibal's" latin phrase that some wrote before, hilariuos!!!
No es fácil entender que morir un poco es necesario para volver a nacer.
"I just gotta ask; what does human flesh taste like?"
"Chicken"
the delivery of "chicken" cracks me up every time
"Coffee Ted?"
"Ted comes from a disfunctional family."
"Oh, so no coffee?"
"Luger, What's wrong?"

Live Together, Cry Alone!
In Sicily, Woman Are More Dangerous Than Shotguns
Wes Luger: You have reached the desk of sergeant Wes Luger, please leave a message after the beep.
Sgt. Billy York: Yeah Wes it's...
Wes Luger: Hey I said after the beep!
_______
As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a gangster.
I liked the parodies of hygiene comericals.
Wes Luger: Whatcha got Irv?
Irv: Kind of an itchy flaky scalp, a bit of a dandruff problem.
Luger: Use this shampoo. It works for me.
Irv: But Sarge, you don't have dandruff.
Luger: I know.
[Irv returns minutes later with shampoo in his hair]
Irv: It tingles!
Luger: That tells you it's working.
It spoofs two seperate commercials. The first part was Head and Shoulders and the second part was Denorex.
Then there was a throwaway gag based on multiple athlete's foot treatment commercials where the affected individual's foot is shown flaming.
Cop: I feel an itching, burning, cracking...
Luger: What the Hell do you expect? Your foot's on fire!
This isn't a quote and not very noticable, but I also liked in the background of the crime scene, in Billy York's house, the cops are having their pictures taken with a cardboard cut out of Larry Bird. And before that, text on the screen tells you the setting, which countless movies do, but this one goes a little further, saying "a house."
I may need to get the DVD of this, as I only have the VHS and my VCR is no longer hooked up.
