The Newspaper Ad

Every time I watch this movie it bugs me that Maranda doesn't check that newspaper ad more than once after filling it out. Most people would check it more than once to make sure the information was correct. Anyone else notice this?

she was going to drop it off so she probably had checked it several times before that

Maybe, but since it's right in front of her face I think she would have checked one last time.

You might think so, but she was in a big hurry or claimed to be. And besides that would take away the whole point of Robin Williams's character changing a couple of the numbers on the ad in the first place.
