I tried looking for trivia on this subject, but is this the same bar that was used in Goodfellas when Pesci was told to get his shine box?

this is shot in Chicago, Goodfellas in and around New York city. also, no offense, but they don't particularly resemble one another. the bar in Goodfellas is elevated, and on a lot, Mad Dog bar's on a city street.
