Leprechuan as a Batman Villain

I was thinking about what a great villain the Leprechuan would have been on Batman series. Plots including stealing all of Gothams gold or a famous golden heirloom. Maybe a plot of kidnapping a famous person named Gold for a hefty ransom. Even teaming up with Louie the Lilac in a flower shop hideout featuring shamrocks, clovers and lilacs. Part of his notoriety could be freezing people gold. How about another featured film with Warwick Davis called Batman vs. The Leprechuan. I am just having some fun with this, so do not hate on me too much.

I don't think Batman facing supernatural beings works for me....and just to let you know this is coming from a guy who's only seen the Animated Series, and has read only one Batman comic (Year One). Then again, Ras Al Ghul is basically, supernatural too.....

I understand what you are saying, buttt, Batman did have some supernatural villains. Catwoman, for example, has died and come back. Of course, you had Mr. Freeze, who strived in temps several hundred degrees below freezing. Though ,most of the characters seemed real enough, many of their gadgets, traps and tricks were completely unrealistic.

Love it.

But you'll have to come up with some real world, preferably tragic, back story for him. Or would he actually be a real leprechaun still? In which case he'd basically be like Mr. Myxlpwhateverhisnameis is to Superman, but for Batman.

Good movies may draw an audience, but bad movies make a scene.

This is actually not a terrible idea.

I agree it's not a terrible idea.

Lep is a character that lends alot to the fantastical. Much like Clayface, Man-Bat, or Mr. Freeze to a lesser extent. So it's not like Lep as a Batman villain would be THAT much of s stretch.

I thought he would fit in well in a Batman film as well.

interesting idea in the Batman universe but one problem is that Leprechaun seems too small.

Actually, The Mad Hatter is a Batman villain and he is really short. Leprechaun would make a good Batman villain. His magical powers would be a good challenge for Batman.
